We Got Our Hair Done
for Barbershops Everywhere

John’s Barber Shop, a fixture in the Port Authority Station here in NYC, was in need of some serious revitalization. The everyday ’90s hairdo shots hanging in the window just weren’t cutting it anymore for many of the stock photography (and hair) aficionados here at Mother.

So, we found ourselves in a unique position to lend a hand to one of our favorite shops.

We created a set of thoroughly fresh and modern hairdo shots—modeled by us, of course.

We gave John’s a fresh new look, while at the same time paying homage the original posters’ legendary aesthetic.
